Bore 1.25" Deep - .380 Diameter
Chamfer the Hole
Tap with Regular Size Tap
Install the Pin
- Making Shaft for Modified Pin
Center Drill
Drill .250" (1/4") Hole to 1.6" Deep
Bore Hole to .308 (Gage Pin) x 1.6" Deep
Chamfer the Hole
Tap the Hole with Undersized (HO) (Tight) Tap.
